Course Description
With the increasing emphasis on team performance and team outputs in organizations today, managers have shifted their focus from being supervisors to becoming coaches and mentors for their subordinates. In order to reap the results from teams, coaching skills have therefore emerged as a key requirement. This proposed programme will equip managers with effective mentoring & coaching skills to enable them accomplish their managerial functions effectively.
